So we came back to the Texas house after a couple weeks on the road, and someone had drilled a hole in the window frame, next to the latch. All they have to do is stick a screw driver in and open the latch. We spent a couple hours cutting PVC to jam into the windows.
They didn't take anything. I think we have a new room mate.
