Red Fish in the Kitchen
Capt Fishman Fil gave us some Red Fish from the coast. So I thought I'd try my hand at blackening. Cooked outside on the camp grill, and used this seasoning from a Dom Deluise look-a-like. It came out really good. Just wished for Grandma's cast iron skillet. (next time)

Oh girlie, I miss ya! Anyways, for some reason my blog hasnt' been updating me when you add a new post... don't know what's wrong. So, I had some catching up to do. I love the picture on the front of your blog. Thanks for the Yumm sauce. It's so good and I think I'm addicted. I had a yumm bowl for lunch... yummy! hehe!
Did I tell you I'm out of Yumm sauce yet? Well, I am and it's torture (just kidding... sort of.) I used hummus this afternoon and it was an okay substitute but I think I will have to order some online!! Hope you guys are doing great!!
